SUMMARY:2nd Annual Vegan Mac & Cheese Cook Off
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our 2nd Annual Vegan Mac & Cheese Cook Off!\nLimited room to confirm your spot please RSVP to the official Eventbrite link. This is a free event (only for those who participate)\, open to all who bring a vegan mac & cheese dish in a recyclable/disposable container please for 12-15 people. This is the price of entry into the event. We will honor one adult guest as a buddy system. We encourage the guest to bring beverages for sharing.\n\nParticipates must have full list of ingredients in Vegan Mac & Cheese. Please present a written list of all ingredients with your dish displayed. Please use words like Gluten-free\, Raw\, Nut-free\, Oil-Free as needed. For those who eat\, you are responsible for any unwanted reactions from your food at this event.\n\nIf you plan on attending without contributing a dish\, we will ask for a cash admission fee sliding scale $7-$10 profits go to the First Unitarian Universalist Society of New Haven for hosting the space. Admission fee will only be taken at the door. This donation will help support having more events like these at our meeting room. This event is not child-friendly we apologize for any inconvenience.\n\nWhen you arrive you will be checked in at the front door. We will take down your contact information\,\nNAME\, EMAIL\, PHONE. We will then give you a list of vegan mac & cheese dishes for you to rate.\nPlease only sample each dish once. As you sample each vegan mac & cheese dish\, rate it by writing the plate number and your rating (1 to 10) for that dish on the given list. Drop the filled out list in a general bucket for the whole event. Use the format:\nPlate #:\nRating: [1 for least to 10 for best]\nExample: PLATE #3 RATED 10\nPlease keep in mind that due to limited space\, we expect standing room only. There is limited free parking behind Unitarian Universalist Society Building. Please do not block cars in parking lot\, instead park on the street.\nThe Winner will be announced at 8PM.\nIf you are not at the event when we announce the winner you will be notified by phone/email. Please keep in mind we can only hold on to 1st place prizes until the following day same location. Pick-up time 10:30AM – 1PM.\nThank you\, and looking forward to seeing everyone there!
